Subject: questions you need to answer before incorporation

To my fellow friends in Kendall, Falls, North Dade:

You don't want to pay higher property taxes, do you?

You don't want higher utility bills with additional surcharges, do you?

You don't want to pay more commercial business taxes and fees, do you?

You don't want to open the door to more corrupt politicians, like in Sweetwater, Opalocka, Homestead, etc., do you?

You don't want to pay for another layer of political perks and pensions, do you?

You don't want zoning to change to add more density/development in your area, do you?

You don't want rabid overdevelopment increasing traffic, do you?

You don't want harsh, selective code enforcement, do you?

You don't want your property rights limited, do you?

Simply, You don't want to have another taxing authority in your pocketbook, do you?

If you answered NO to any of the questions above, write/call your Commissioners to say NO to any proposed incorporations or annexations. The County provides most services to almost all of the cities and at a much lower tax rate than any city can provide. County government is not going anywhere, they are here to stay, so why add another layer of politicians looking to get at your money. Tell your Commissioners NO to more $ being taken from your control. Enough is enough!
